For this month’s Celtic Creatives Toolkit, I share a simple yet alchemical movement practice called Moving What You Are Feeling.
As it says on the tin, this practice encourages you to move with what’s alive in your body in real-time. This can be done in the time it takes to move to one song so it’s easy to incorporate into your day. It’s not a big ask space-wise and yet will cultivate more spaciousness in your life - your body will love you for it.
I can’t say enough about moving your body as a feminine practice! Regardless of the modality, setting your body into motion has incredible benefits… The body remembers everything, and the body never lies. By engaging in movement, we allow the body’s natural intelligence to be activated.

What you will need:
10-15 minutes of time
A quiet, safe space where you feel comfortable to move with your eyes closed
A yoga mat, rug or blanket to support your knees as you move along with (ideally) comfy clothes that allow a full range of movement
