Oooooh I felt this: "Following our dán is bloody tough, especially in societies that seem to conspire against our souls. But the rewards—the inner riches it brings—are worth every bead of sweet sweat". Funnily, I actually wrote a note about this yesterday inspired by the 'not-so-easeful' path of following my dán; however, the glimmers and winks received from across the veil are beautiful reminders that I'm not walking alone.

Oh, I can’t wait to read your book. I love and find it so interesting that you began it with the Cailleach as my most recent creative shift began with the Cailleach too. So glad you addressed the ‘bloody tough’ part and this why - I so needed to hear this today. Shame I’m too far to join in this retreat - it sounds so wonderful. Feels like me and my dán need a few more moments together, though as I write that I feel her spitting out her tea, soaking my face and laughing hysterically…apparently she has bronze teeth and is as old as time herself… maybe what I’m seeing is my dán and the Cailleach in dialogue, either way it’s a crone cackle fest and I’m the object of their laughter. HA. Going to sit with that for a minute.
Oh how did I miss this wonder?! I LOVE this image of the Cailleach as old as time herself conversing with your dán through her bronze teeth! I can hear her cackle from the west lol... Sure we'll be grand my friend, we'll be grand. 😘

Re-embracing the arts I had let drift apart from me and incorporating new ones has been my journey these last few months after a difficult winter that gave me tough-won clarity. I have a book in me too that needs to come out. The bones are there, I just need to shape them. This resonates strongly 💚
